How are the placements done for Freshers? I had my graduation in 2012,there were no MNC's or big company at that time.

Honestly it does not matter fresher or work ex, beacuse in the end your knowledge about the domain is checked. IES does give equal opportunities to both. It is on the candidate or student how does he cracks the interview and have added advantage over a work ex person. So does not matt

Hi Aniruddha, placements for freshers are good, but work experience helps. Since you have been working, you should mention any relevant work experience that you have irrespective of the fact whether the company was big or small.

A lot of my batchmates are freshers too. The college provides assistance to every student for their placements. There are practice GD-PI sessions and also an industry PI mock, so when you face a final interview for the companies, your performance is your best.
