Automotive Engineering is an amalgamation of mechanical, electrical, and materials Science. This field deals with designing and manufacturing of new vehicles and the development of new processes to improve existing technology. The domestic vehicle manufacturing sector of India has been steadily increasing in the last few years. An entry-level engineer can earn up to INR 25K/ month- INR 50K/ month in India. LPU is a good university when you compare it with other private universities and colleges. I have done my B.Tech CSE from LPU, One of my friend was enrolled in B.Tech Automobile as well. Other than participating different events like go kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world etc. Practical based learning and valuable guest lectures also. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every of the eligible students for good placement. LPU rated as 11th Best in India from Zee News Survey in Placements. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Hi, Aeronautical at Sathyabama became famous before 2 years. You will have a question, why before two years? What happened at that time? Sathyabama created a history by becoming the first college to launch a satellite along with the ISRO. From then, the aeronautical branch at Sathyabama become very famous in India. If you join over, you can learn a lot and have a lot experience. Here, the aero department conducts various workshops. They will bring various scientist from ISRO and other parts of the world. But coming to the placement, there is a lack of placement for this course. So, I would suggest you that after complete MS in a university abroad. By doing so, you will get a good job.

Hello, Satyabhama University is a Christian minority institution and has a very good reputation. Its web pages are quite nicely devised and they dish out something and of course hide something. The placement percentage is quite well but this out of those who registered. Branch wise data is not available and it would be imprudent to comment on the performance of students of Aeronautical branch in placements. I fear that here too situation may not be different compared with all India picture. Aeronautical engineering branch students may be getting placed but how many are getting placed in core competencies is a big grey area. Getting production oriented job or software job is fine but it gives wrong impression. Many students hence prefer to join MBA and then seek jobs. Of course a small percentage of students do get opportunities to do MS abroad in the same field. I would advise students to look in from all angles before taking the plunge in this specialty.
