Honestly I don't have idea about Bennett University, I would say Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. Bennett University (a times group initiative) started its first academic session of B.Tech from 2015-16. So senior most students are still in the mid of the Bachelors. No pass out batch is there. Bennet Univesity admits its students on the basis of JEE Mains marks. The University campus is located in Noida (Uttar Pradesh and NCR region) so location wise it is looking good at the paper and also the fee is pretty high around Rs 3,50000 per year. And also it has collaboration with Georgia Institute of Technology and Times brand name will surely fetch few companies in the upcoming years. Currently, no placement statistics are there. I think it's too costly. If money is not your issue then you can join BU spending 15 lacs just to take a degree. I will suggest you join another college. Spending such a huge amount in engineering may not be a clever idea these days. Never ever join any newly established college or university. You may face many difficulties and may ruin 4 years of engineering life (No clubs, no fests). Hello, B.Tech in CSE is a good option in today's requirement and there are good placements in industry. But companies only take students who have extra skills along with degree. They don't just take a degree holder. So do extra courses and job will be in your hand. Placements from Bennett University are at boom. Best of luck.

Bennett University was established in 2016 and this is the second year for the 1st batch of Bennett University and placement mainly takes place in the 3rd year or in the 4th year so no batch has appeared for the placements, so there is no placement record for this year, but as Bennett University is a Times of India Group initiative, good placements are almost guaranteed. The MBA students are currently doing the internship with companies such as Hindustan Unilever United, Hitachi, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Swiss Military, FoodPanda, M&S, SBI and Johnson Controls. Other big companies have shown interest for placements already. The same is expected for all other departments and branches. Bennett University will try to give you more of practical knowledge along with necessary theoretical knowledge and try to inhibit an all-round development in you so that you become a true engineer and properly succeed in life. The university invites people from leading companies from all sectors (from India as well as abroad) to the campus for the guest talks. Some of the other collaborations include Georgia Tech, Ohio University, Babson University, University of Nebraska, etc. The students with very good CGPA will be given a chance to complete one of their semesters abroad from a reputed university.
