There is no point to compare because every organisation is just doing good at their places but yes I have heard alot about LPU because of its good number of years of establishment and the rankings it possess. Last year my friend wanted to admit his son in good engineering institute. After lot of inquiry, we decided to opt for LPU. As we all know that B. Tech Mechanical Engineering is the branch of engineering that involves production, designing, and operations of machines and the main objective of LPU is to prepare students for applying the principles of mechanical engineering for designing, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. LPU provides the different areas under study such as Applied Mechanics, Machine Design, Materials Engineering, manufacturing Engineering and many more. The Mechanical Department of LPU has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. As far as I know, LPU is best for professional courses and I think, it's good even for technical courses like B.Tech as LPU a renowned brand in education field and it will probably having good placements.
