How are the placements for B.Tech students at VIPS?

It has good placements. The B.Tech programme started this year. For other courses like law, B.J. M. C. , etc. , VIP is an excellent college for good placements. A lot of top companies visit the campus every year for both internships and placements. If you have a decent GPA of 7.5+ you can be assured of getting a placement. Though the pay package of tech roles is definitely higher than non tech. You can expect average of 3-4 LPA for non tech and 5-6 LPA for tech roles. Around 80-90% of all the students in my batch were placed. To recruiting companies were wipro, TCS, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung and Tower Research.

However VIPS have Career Guidance and Development cell for preparing students for placements with training programs, workshops, industrial visits and corporate engagements.
