How are the placements for freshers as compared to people with work experience?

Hi Vibhas,
Placements does not depend upon you are fresher or work ex. If you check the placement record, there is not distinction about being fresher or work ex. Some companies have policies regarding the cutoff criteria but most of them do not. There is no such thing that work ex people are prefer
