How are the placements for HRM in IES?

Hi Danica,
HRM is a good course but difficult to find a bulk of companies for placement but that does not mean that there are no placement at all. Being a 1st year student the current situation is that companies like Alkem, Saifee, Godrej, Cello and many other have come in and have chosen students to join there team and most of the students are placed for internship. So IES do have good placement scope for HR specialization.

The only thing we want is the placement, the companies come but not of that high level. The packages are low and starting from 3 LPA, and the highest goes up to 7 LPA. But the average I'd say would be around 4.5-5 LPA. Many seniors went about finding their placements. This year, the ratio of the placed people is low.
