There is no difference in the placement process. However, companies ask students to apply who have either one of their specialization that matches the profile that they offer. For example, if there is a marketing profile, most companies will allow students to sit if one of the specializations of the student is marketing. For the batch 2018-20, specialization 1 will be in International Business for PGDM-IB, so you will have the liberty to choose the other among marketing, finance, IT, strategy etc. The last decision is up to you.
