How are the placements for IT and CSE at Kalyani Government Engineering College? What is the salary offered?

Not good enough. Number of companies visited here were very less. Maximum students had to go for off campus placement. Companies which visited here is listed below (my answer may be biased as I am from CSE dept. And I am sharing as much as I know) :
TCS came and selected almost 130 people from various department with package of 3.2 LPA. Then Dynamic Digital Technology came and selected only 6 people with an avg package of 5.2 LPA (all the 6 students got tcs also). Bengal Beverages came and took some mechanical guys.
