Yes, there are chances of placement for M.Sc CS. For placement, you need to do some certification courses.

Yes, there are chances of placement but not much. For tech support profiles in top BPOs, there are a number of profiles. But again, they hire those with good technical and non-technical skills. I would say you can try Amity, Lovely Professional University, SRM University wherein you will have better chances to get placed in non BPO profiles.
