How are the placements for MBA at LPU?

Yes, LPU is the best place for quality education as well as placements in all the programmes. LPU has a very good placement record in an MBA programme. One of my friends did MBA in HR at LPU and got placed in an MNC as an Executive HR. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. The package depends on what the student can show to the recruiters, how much he is worth or deserves. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL BANK, WNS GLOBAL, ITC, 99 Acres, COLGATE, ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NERO LAC, CAVIN CARE, etc. , from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies. The placements are exemplary. Hello, I passed out in 2019 from the LPU (CSE BRANCH). I had a lot of my friends who completed their MBA from LPU. As per their feedback and experience of MBA in LPU. LPU is one of the best places in the country to pursue an MBA. MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business which is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA). The highest Package in MBA last year was 21 Lacs per annum and the average package was 5 to 6 Lacs per annum. Faculty in the MBA department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on skill enhancement of students. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something as professionals would require in their career. Guest lectures by experts and some successful people are arranged by the department to widen the scope of learning. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. In terms of placement in 2020, it was really tough for all to proceed further. Its tough for a University who wants to promote its student to get excellent placement. And I have seen them getting an internship in their first year itself, I have seen so many of my seniors who're placed in HDFC, Federal Bank, etc. Well it's not a wonder because LPU is known for their known placements and my seniors told me that their Mittal school of business is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, Basically, they told me that studying in LPU is giving them a degree accredited from a body of USA. Apart from this LPU last year Marked among the Top 50 Best Management Institutes by NIRF ranking 2020. Also, LPU has won National Employability Award 2020. now talking about placements LPU creates skilled professionals that are recruitable much before they graduate. Because I have been also attending placement classes which are well-designed classes every student in LPU is taught about soft skills, personality development as it's in their curriculum.
