The placement of the Sydenham institute of management for MBA human resources is very good. The college has a record of 100 % placement and the highest package goes to 20 Lacs whereas the average package is around 12 Lacs, the lowest is around 8 Lacs. The maximum number of students were placed in the BFSI sector and some of the top recruiters including Ernst and Young, Godrej, Motilal Oswal participated in the placement drive. -
