This is a very tricky question to answer. Also, a term Successful Result is subjective.
I mean to say success positive result varies from person to person. Its upto you how you look at it.
I will share my personal experience with you.I have seen it and experienced it very closely As My younger sister has done her MBA from the institute in Pune called RIIM. Ramachandran international institute of Management Pune.
She has got the major professional certificates from IIM. She visited IIM Indore for almost 2.5 weeks. Done her part of curriculum and some sort of competition there.

9 years agoCurrently its bit hard to get placed in HR position. most of the companies are not coming for HR profile! Thing is that company needed limited number for HR profile. they cant admit lot of people for HR profile unlike finance related profiles! I know lot of people struggling to get placed after MBA from good B school.
