Hello, Let me put forward this with the experience shared by my cousin, LPU strives rigorously to train the students in shaping their career path, the knowledge rendered is not limited to the text books, but extended in gleaning the practical knowledge which is always industry driven one. Placement enhancement programmes helps the students to present themselves in a right way in front of interviewers and able to put forward the concepts confidently. Hello Joy, LPU is one of the best universities in all aspects whether you talk about infrastructure, faculty, academics, placements and what not. There is sky full of opportunities for every Student. LPU provides good campus placements. Amazon offers LPU students a record Rs. 28 LPA package and internships. CSE/IT students have secured offers from Amazon at a dream package of Rs. 28 Lac per annum. Other students pursuing internships with Amazon, may be extended full-time positions against Pre-placement Offers. LPU Student Tanya Arora Hired by Microsoft at a package of Rs. 42 LPA. Tanya Arora, a final year B.Tech Computer Science Engineering student of Lovely Professional University, has bagged a whopping Rs 42 Lac job offer from Microsoft. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Mittal School of Business boasts of enviable placement record. Every year more than 200 companies compete for taking the talent from batch of around 500 students across all 11 specializations. Last year the highest annual package was INR 16.60 lacs by Khimji Ramdass LLC and average packages are around 5 lacs per annum. One of my cousin who is pursuing her studies in LPU told that, the University is ranked among top 50 management institutes by NIRF 2020, MHRD, GOI. In addition to this, MBA is ACBSP Accredited which relates that the curriculum is that of international standards. The University is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. LPU offers Credit transfer programme to the students wherein they get benefitted by studying in LPU for 1 year and another 1 year abroad which fulfils the dreams of the student as well. Last but not the least, The student who acquired MBA degree from LPU gets the option to appear in the interview for the big brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, SAP Labs, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, CEAT, Khimji Ramdas, Ernst and Young, Flipkart, Federal, Moody Analytics, ITC, Practo, Redington and many more with the higher package. To assist the students for better placement, LPU has embedded the current news as one of the parameter in continuous assessment. Personality development classes are at conducted from day 1 to make the students more confident and give them the practice. So, I am lucky that my cousin is studying in such an institute of repute.

Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad too. More than 150 companies including ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, Federal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global etc. And so on recruiting MBA students on an yearly basis with the highest package in MBA at 21 Lacs Per Annum and on a average package will be 4LPA TO 6 LPA with nearly 90 % placement rates. LPU keeps improving and increasing it placements packages year on year. Even the number of recruiters visiting the campus increase every year. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. MBA placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages. The package really depends on what you can show to the recruiters that, how much you are worth or deserved.
