The placement drives at Lovely Professional University are highly efficient and successful, and I am saying this because one of my friend has done MCA from LPU only and right now she is working with Wipro. MCA students developed a Home Security System which was displayed during Project Expo. The security system featured an alarm and also a security alert on the users mobile. LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone, they update their curriculum even after each semester by taking feedback from the students and also to meet the latest standards. LPU focuses on practical knowledge a lot, they have high tech labs and dedicated MAC lab for iOS development, each core subject has a different practical subject for it. There were many trainings, projects and guest lectures collaborated with industries help to learn from real life situations. LPU will encourage students to have maximum industrial exposure through visits for problem identification and emerging technologies. LPU Alumni Rahul Tyagi MCA is the Vice President and founder of Lucideus, which provides digital security services and training in ethical hacking. The placement drives at LPU are highly efficient and successful, and I'm saying this because my sister done MCA from LPU only and right now she is working with Wipro. And other students from her batch got placements in good, renowned brands. Even internship opportunities are quite impressive at LPU. Companies like NIIT, Verizon, Cognizant, TCS and other bigshots like Amazon, Google, ITC and IBM, and many more visit LPU during the placement drive. The pay packages offered are decent as well, even for internships, the stipends are great. But of course, your chances of getting placed in a good company depend on your academic performance, and your practical knowledge skills pertaining to your discipline.
