How are the placements for Operations? If I want to pursue Retail Operation(as a subject of Marketing) will I get Good placement offers?

In operations i wouldnt say that there are good placement in ibs although it is not bad but you need to be very good if you want to have good placement in ops. in retail there are options like future group etc but dont expect a highfi salary.
