For good placements anywhere I would recommend you to do Masters in your disciple. That opens up better opportunities in B.Sc. There are very low opportunities.

There are not much placements after B.Sc in any college, but if you complete M.Sc then you will get good placement opportunities in BHU.

Not Good. Close to almost nill. Even Honors courses don't provide placement in any B.Sc. Course. There are some students who work after completing B.Sc. But they find jobs by their own.

BHU is a reputed university and a well-known among the academicians. So, when you'll be pursuing your higher studies and even when you'll be applying for jobs, the name BHU in your CV will matter a lot. People will assume that you are no ordinary student and you can deliver the best results. That's what the name BHU stands for, excellence. Returning back to your ques, there's no significant scope nowadays after B.Sc. nowadays. Only that you can appear for civil services or bank exams for which minimum qualification is graduate. There also, you have to prove your worth, which is upto your potential and no significant role of BHU there.
