How are the placements in Hyderabad for MBA? Should I write CAT exam?

I am going to write Telengana CET.

You should be looking to pursue an MBA from cities like pune, mumbai, delhi where industries and corporate houses are in plenty from all sectors not just IT or any individual sector

In hyderabad,there are very less good MBA colleges.If u want to get best placements with more practical exposure,go for another city where u can find good MBA colleges.Average package lies around 4 lakhs in hyderabad in most colleges. It entirely depends in which college you join. ISB have excellent placements even compared to IIM's but if you end with IBS-Hyderabad, placements are not that good.

It depends from college to college. A good college like ISB-Hyderabad has excellent placements whereas a not-so-reputed college will not have good placements. It all depends on the reputation of the college and it has nothing to do with the city itself.

Hi Mukkapati, Placements in Hyderabad for MBA will completely depend on the college that you end up doing your MBA from. Colleges like ICFAI and ISB have some of the best companies coming on campus. If you want to pursue MBA, you should consider writing the CAT exam and also look at few other exams
