5 years agoRobotics and automation are not of very recent origin but neither are the very old also. These days automation has taken the top position in the requirements of industry and hence the job prospects of the students of this branch are quite high. As India develops into an industrialized nation, automation is bound to increase and as a consequence the requirement of experts from this field also. Hence, I feel you should not worry about placements in this branch as by the time you pass all there be much more placement opportunities for you. Best wishes to you.
