How are the placements in Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance? How many students got placed?

Number of Companies: Huge number of companies visit campus. If we consider 2016 batch there are around 425+ companies out of which more than 150 are of CSE. Packages: Package ranges from 3.20 lakhs to 22.5 lakhs. In future companies with higher package may visit , that depends upon the performance of previous batches. Companies: From mass recruiter to core companies do visit . Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree - these are the big players. Microsoft, Amazon, Practo, DE Shaw, Deloitte, Josh, Unisys, Polaris, Zycus, PayU, Crafts, John Deer, SAP Labs, MU Sigma, Cubsation, NCR, Newgen, and many more . CU is on the preference list of many top-notch giants, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree and many more comes to CU for campus placement. Infact the highest pay packet offered to CUs student, which was 22.5 Lacs per annum was offered by Amazon.

Chandigarh University is best in terms of placements. More than 115 companies selected 530 students from Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics & Automobile Engineering branch offering pay packages up-to 9 LPA. Top Automobile and aviation companies which included Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Essar Group, Jamna Autos, Indigo Airlines, TAFE, Royal Enfield, Hyundai, John Deere, MRF have selected Automobile Engineering students while companies like Reliance Industries, Godrej, Sanmar Group, Jindal Steel, Asahi Glass, Tata Power, Tata Technologies, Schindler have recruited students from Mechanical Engineering. Computer Science Engineering students of University Institute of Engineering (UIE) created history as Top Multi-National offered the highest package of Rs. 35 lacs for the Engineering branch. IT giants such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard visited CU and recruited more than 2030 CSE/IT Engineering students. Worlds top IT giant Microsoft selected Computer Science and IT Engineering students consecutively for last three years, while number the selections have increased three times and touched 15. India's leading IT Company Wipro (394), Capgemini (217), Mindtree (101) while the global IT giant IBM also selected record number of 196 engineering students which is the highest number of selections made in any campus in North India. Number of MNCs for the selection of Civil and Chemical Engineering students touched 35 which selected more than 178 students during campus placement session. International Construction Company, Leighton selected more than 15 Civil Engineering students during campus placements. Dear, Placements of this institution are far better as compared to others in Maharashtra, but this course would be conceptual but it will give good ROI because nowadays banking and finance are major growth areas, you will easily get placed.
