Placements in TSM are good but I can't assure you that you may get a better job than what you have been currently placed. In 2016, the average CTC was Rs. 5.7 lakhs and 46% have been placed in marketing, 31% in finance, 13% human resources, 8% operations and 2% business analytics. The highest CTC is Rs. 7.5 lakhs. It's your choice but you will have sweat it out in a residential college for 2 years as the subjects will be more and assignment load is to be delivered effectively.
  • Hi Yazhini,
the placements are really good at TSM.
    TSM 2017 placements:
    Early bird recruiters:
TCS, ITC, Amazon, Honeywell, Nestle, Asian Paints, Ernst & Young, Colgate, GSK, Wildcraft, Sundaram Finance.
    Recruiters in pipeline:
Cognizant, Bosch, BNY Mellon, Hyundai, Whirlpool, Mahindra Finance, BNP Paribas and many more.
Highest salary: Rs. 14 lakh CTC (Amazon)

A post graduate degree in management gives you an additional specialization which would be very easy to fetch a high salary job.
