How are the placements of B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from Hindustan University?

Do mention the highest salary package, top placement companies and percentage of batch placed.

    The aeronautical programme in Hindustan University is said to be good in terms of curriculum and teaching. But when it comes to placements, we have a different story altogether.
    Generally, most of the students from aeronautical end up in IT jobs.
    This is because hardly any companies visit the campus for core placements.
    According to what its students said on various sites, last year only three core companies visited the campus and picked only a handful of students. One of these companies were Unitech transfer, German company offered the highest package of 21 LPA. But this is only for super talented students.

    Established in 1985, the college has obtained university status by NAAC.
    Let me start by telling you the pros and cons of the college:
    Pros:
    Considering the strategic location of the college being Chennai, it is close to the corporate companies and that is the reason why it manages to attract many IT companies.
    The training and placement cell starts training all the students from the first year itself, on subjects like communication, getting through interviews and various others.
    Even if you fail to get a placement in core aeronautical company, you are sure to get placement in any IT company.

    Hey there,
    Hindustan College of Engineering established in the year 1985, has been conferred the "university status" by UGC, Government of India Under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 with the name "Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science" from the academic year 2008-09. The Vision of HITS is "to make every man a success and no man a failure.
    This is the 7th college in India for aerospace engineering.
    Faculty members of Hindustan University are good and well qualified.
