Average salary offered for biotechnology is 6 LPA and maximum offered was 8 LPA. Majority of students got placed in IT roles as well other sector based companies visiting the campus. Companies where students got placed: Accenture ADP Bosch Ltd CA Technologies Convergys Infosys Infotech Intergraph LTOverseas Mahindra Satyam Mphasis Persistent Ltd. Singularity SYNTEL TCS Wipro Core biotechnology based roles offered are rare, so need to be aware of that. Almost 70-80% candidates are placed every year. All the leading companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, JLL, McKinsey, Smartcube, KPMG, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc. come for placements in the college campus. Average package that is being offered to the placed candidates are like 6-7 lakh per annum. Last year companies visited were:- To name a few: Oracle 8-10 LPA, Google, 10-12 LPA, Microsoft, 10-12 LPA, TCS, 3-4 LPA, Infosys, 3-4 LPA, SKEC, 4-5 LPA, IBM, 4-5 LPA, L&T , 3-4 LPA and Bechtel - 4-5 LPA.
