7 years agoCollege of engineering Pune is a very good state government engineering college. Placement here is very good for all the branches. Computer science engineering has very good placement record. Many software, consultancy, and finance companies visit the campus to recruit its students.

College of Engineering, Pune is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra after IITs and NITs. According to MHRD rankings, it stands at an impressive 24th position. From what I learned while pursuing B.Tech from NIT Trichy, is that COEP is known even to the people in Tamil Nadu which means it is known all over India.
For computer science department last time (2016-17) out of 72 students who applied to placements from CSE department 61 students were placed meaning 84.72 percent placement for CSE.
