Selection should be of a good college which is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with the world level activities is a must.
These days the BTech of CSE has become a name synonymous with LPU as it has become a band for BTech CSE. LPU has also received National Employability 2020 for Best Placements. So I can vouch for LPU for various reaons:

Hi there, Looking for Placements? MNIT may be doing a decent job in its field as per its capabilities. But as far as placements are concerned, LPU is unmatched ! It is a brand in itself. It is the best branch in terms of number of placement as I know one of my friend is currently studying here and he is in mechanical engineering branch. He also have a good placement in his 3 year of B.Tech. The average package for computer engineering in year 2017 -2018 was 14 LPA according to the data on their website. Beside it 30 students got paid internship offers from prestigious companies too. Most of them got PPO offer.
