Amity Noida is a private university located in Noida. You can get a detailed overview of the college here:

In comparison to local private universities Amity performs well but is nowhere near premier institutes like IITs, NITs or BITS.
More than 100 students from CSE got placed in 2016 (criteria - CGPA). The average package was around 4-5 LPA while the maximum package was around 10 LPA which only 3-4 students could get. Most of the students were placed in IT Roles as such, few went for consulting too. Some companies visiting were Adobe, Zycus and Tata Technologies.

Computer science at Amity University, Noida is more focused on the theoretical part however you will have plenty of opportunity to go ahead and implement your learnings. Most colleges do not focus much on practical knowledge but again this is in no way stopping you from going ahead and practicing on your own. Learn a new language of your interest once you grasp the basics.
Placements are good in comparison to a lot of private and other colleges. In recent batch the maximum package went for 8.5 Lakh per annum but again if you perform well in your internship that same company might offer you a package much more (13Lakh per annum +), so it

There are many universities which would offer a scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all-round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. LPU has been ranked by NIRF among the top 100 universities including the IITs because of its worth. Placements are the best for B.Tech CSE and the proof is LPU which has received the National Employability 2020 award for Best Employment. LPU has been ranked by NIRF among the top 100 universities incl

Amity University has proved its excellence amongst privately run universities in India. The kind of exposure students get is really nice. They get a chance to meet some great national as well as international personalities. Students who are focused and wish to do wonders in the field of their choice can do a lot more at Amity Noida.
As far as the campus placement is concerned, the university provides you with sufficient exposure. This is more than enough to understand the market and job-related queries. A lot of companies come for on-campus placement and if you are capable of clearing all the different tests, then you'll go through. You

I wont advice you to take up a course at any campus other than Noida, as placement drive for all campuses is held at Noida, and companies come round the year. Amity is average in terms of academics, and above average in terms of placement. Placement rate is high (nearly 90%) and but average package is 3.6 lpa You can see the details of placements of every year at Amity Placement . Its not an advertisement page. Amity University is among the most popular universities in the North-India, all credit to its brand name that the college has managed to gain over the years.
Although the undergraduate courses offered by the college are very popular but if you are expecting high package placements, then you will be disappointed to know that the college fails to provide nothing above 4 lacs for an average placement in one of the corporate IT companies and marketing firms.
The highest placement offered to the students in the batch of 2017 of computer science branch was around 17 lacs.
The total batch placement percentage is around 95% although most of th
