IIT Madras is one of the well reputed institutions in India and one of the old iits. So it attracts lots of good companies for placements and the statistics are pretty good as such. For 2016 for CSE engineering 20 students registered for placements out of which 20 were placed (BE). The percentage of students placed was 100 percent as such.
