How are the placements of B.Tech in CSE from Malaviya National Institute of Technology?

Malaviya Regional Engineering College started in 1963, Jaipur in a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan, Subsequently; on June 26, 2002 the college has been given the status of National Institute of Technology and on 15 August 2007, and it is funded by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The campus provides all essential amenities for community living like staff clubs, hospital, bank, post office, community centre, school, staff residences, gymnasium, playing fields, guest houses, 24 Hours internet connectivity, and canteen etc. The company should fill in the Job Notification Form (JNF) and submit it to the Training and Placement Cell (TPC) as an e-mail attachment to ptp.mnit@gmail.com. The JNF serves as an introduction of the job profile for the benefit of the candidates and also informs them of the company's requirements. The company will be allotted slots and dates for conducting Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)/Written Test/Online Test, with a request to confirm the same by a specified date. On failing to do so, the allotted slot may be given to other companies on their request. Request for any change in the slot can be entertained subject to its availability. The company can ask for the resumes of interested students and has the liberty to shortlist them before the beginning of the placement process. MNIT ranks well and is decent brand overall. Students of CSE from MNIT are placed in software giants and Silicon valley startups like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Uber, Xiaomi, Airbnb, Adobe and many more Indian Conglomerate listed below. Placements of CSE department are worth recommended. PPOs and some multiple offers were rolled out last year with decent stipends. Minimum Package observed was 3.3 LPA.Average package was more than 5 LPA and Japanese companies have offered maximum package of 22 LPA. Companies like Adobe, Amazon, Darashaw, Reliance, Tata, Aditya Birla and De Shaw recruited. The faculty and Infrastructure looks decent. Overall some consistent performance has been recorded over years and is astonishing to see nearby more than 90% success rate. MNIT has been reputed college and should become emerging Engineering Institution soon with plenty of worthwhile statistics and return on investment. NITs are the premier engineering institutes located in various regions in India. Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur is one the NITs and is pretty known after the top three NITs. Malviya National Institute of Technology is ranked 70th by National Institutes Ranking Framework. Students of CSE from MNIT are placed in software giants like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe and many more. Placements of CSE department is beyond one's imagination. The minimum package offered was 3.5 LPA while the average package was 11.4 LPA and the maximum package offered was 29 LPA by De Shaw. Companies like Adobe, Amazon, De shaw recruited from CSE. 72 students were placed from CSE branch. Computer Science is blooming at MNIT-Jaipur. As of now, the average package offered is 11.72 LPA which is really awesome. You might find good NITs (Warangal, Trichy, etc.) which have highest packages higher than MNIT but MNIT is at par with them in terms of the average package (which really matters). MNIT, Jaipur is one of the NITs that offer a good package to computer science engineers. Most of the students in MNIT of CSE branch are hardworking and are able to maintain a good aggregate because most of the companies only recruit those students having more than 80% in academics. Talking about the placement stats, the average package for CSE in MNIT is about 8-10 LPA and the highest package offered till now is about 29 LPA. Around 70% of the total batch is placed every year in core and non-core jobs. The rest of the students go for higher studies or PSUs. Many companies from different background visit MNIT for recruitment process every year. The list of some companies that visits are - Goldman Sachs, TCS, Gram Power, HCL, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Axis Bank, Bajaj Autos, OLX, Carwale, Accolite, Adobe, Infosys, Oracle, Affine Analytics, Quantum, Amazon, Paytm, Shopclues, Simmtronics, Texas, Wipro, DE Shaw, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Tech Mahindra and many more. Overall placement scenario in MNIT, Jaipur is good in all terms.

Hello, First of all I want to let you know that Malaviya National institute of technology (MNIT), Jaipur is among top 30 B.Tech colleges of India and in top 5 NITs, also it is further growing at a rapid pace. The placement season runs through the course of the year commencing the first week of August through to March. The campus placements of MNIT Jaipur for the session 2017-18 were quite good. The highest pay package was 29 LPA to 3 B.Tech. Students of Computer engineering and average package of placed students (B.Tech) 6.95 LPA and the companies above 10LPA are very less, so don't get fascinated with the 29 LPA package but yes if you get admission in computer science branch you will definitely have a great future.
