The placements of this college is the best of all NITs and the highest pack of this branch is 95 Lacs per annum, plus perks and some good companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, PayPal, Samsung, Walmart, DE Shaw, Morgan Stanley visits this campus.

In 2015, the percentage of students placed was 95 percent. For the CSE department, it was 95 percent in 2016 and 90 percent in 2017.
