NIT Trichy is surely known for its placements and is ranked first among all NITs for a reason. In 2016 the percentage of total students placed was 96.7 percent. The placements of this college is the best of all NITs and the highest pack of this branch is 35 Lacs per annum, plus perks and some good companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, PayPal, Samsung, Walmart, DE Shaw, Morgan Stanley visits this campus.
