How are the placements of B.Tech in EEE from VIT University, Vellore?

    The placements of this college are best in terms of all the private colleges in the country. Also, the placements of this branch are good like last year, the highest package of this branch was 36 LPA including perks and many companies like MU Sigma, Microchip Tech, SAP Lab, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Reliance, Tech Mahindra, Texas Instruments, etc., visit the campus every year.

    The placements of this college is best in the terms of all the private colleges in the country also the placements of this branch is best like the last year the highest pack of this branch is 36 LPA including perks and many companies like MU Sigma, Microchip Tech, SAP Lab, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Reliance, Tech Mahindra, Texas Instruments etc. Visits this campus every year.

    Due to its long-ago establishment, it has become a prior reference for the students from all over the nation.
    The placements from these institutes are always far good and quality wise, better than other institutes of its competition.
    The EEE placements though have seen a large jump in salary and percentage since few years and the same is reflected in the placement stats of VIT.
    From the combined data of the past and recent years, the average is from 8 to 9 Lacs where few students may reach up to 15 Lacs per annum placement packages.

    Hey there,
    Thanks for a2a.
    VIT is a well-reputed university that is compared to BITS Pilani most of the time.
    EEE is not as popular as ECE/Mech in VIT. But, it's kind of better in terms of facilities, infrastructure and the opportunities you have inside - in terms of labs to experiment, and do stuff.
    EEE is good. But not as many core companies come for placement as they do for cse, it, etc., EEE has good faculties, and many chapters like IEEE, SEDS, etc., to participate in. But, if you can opt for some other university like NIT or Even CEG, I would say - avoid VIT. VIT is not really the best place in that case. But, as for learning opport
