    Electrical Engineering is a good and evergreen field. IIT, Delhi is among the top IITs.
    Talking about the placements of electrical engineering at IIT-Delhi, it is almost 95%.
    The average package of electrical engineering at IIT, Delhi is around 7-8 LPA.
    Many multinational companies visit here and offer good packages to electrical engineers:

    Indian Institute of Technology located in Delhi is one of the best government colleges of India. IIT-Delhi ranks in top 3 in the list of top colleges of India.
    Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi offers many courses out of which electrical engineering is one of the courses which offers about 70 seats to the students.

    According to the National Institution Ranking Framework, IIT Delhi ranks 4th among all engineering colleges in India and has seen a great global ranking according to Nasscom.
    Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi is really appreciated and worth the money.
    For Electrical Engineering, in 2016, out of 70 students who participated to placements all of the students were placed and hence 100% placement for this branch has been showcased for past 3-years consecutively.

    IITs are the premier engineering institutes. IIT-Delhi is one of the old IITs and many lakhs of students try to get admission here every year. According to the National Institution Ranking Framework IIT-Delhi ranks 4th among all engineering colleges in India which is a pretty good rank.
    Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi is pretty good.
    For Electrical Engineering, for 2015 out of 50 students who applied to placements from EE department, all the 50 students were placed meaning 100 percent placement for EE which is quite an impressive number.

    Hello, potentially not much difference between the job opportunities open to electrical engineering and computer science departments. Placements of electrical engineering are as good as those of computer science at IIT, Delhi. The placement details of 2014-15 as per the training and placement cell of IIT, Delhi are as follows:-
    Average package is Rs 14.7 lakh and highest is Rs 60+ lakhs.
    The number of students placed is 50 out 50 who appeared in the placement process.
