KIIT University was established in 1997. They do not have electronics and instrumentation engineering as a combined course in their curriculum but they do offer electronics and electrical engineering as a separate course.
KIIT School of Technology is the engineering wing of KIIT University and is known for its academics and other activities also.
The engineering wing has the best infrastructure that anyone could wish for.
