How are the placements of B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing from DTU, Delhi?

Major Analytics based roles provided and companies participating here. The average package lies in the range of 6.5 LPA CTC. Companies like Amazon, Zomato, Pepperfry, Cisco, Oracle, Jpmorgan, Morgan stanley, Microsoft, Flipkart, Intuit, Makemytrip, Fractal Analytics, Relinace Industry, Tata Consultancy, Lodha Developers, Runwal group, Larsen and Toubro, Bharat Forge, etc. Recruit the students. The highest package goes as high as 22 LPA by MU Sigma over three years bond. Some international firms also visit here every year. Internship through college is decent. Students who have a good GPA are mostly selected for PPOs and also the internship. Infrastructure and Faculty are simply great and college is accredited globally.

Hi, Well, I don't know the exact scenario about MCE department placement in DTU, but I will try to answer this question by considering all the aspects that I know so far. MCE branch in DTU is the new branch. The name itself suggests computer science with the application of mathematics. If you are good in maths and aptitude then only go for MCE. In this branch, you will get to learn about coding and algorithm. There are many options for you to earn good money just after the college and if you are really interested in computer jobs (coding profile), you just need to have a basic knowledge of coding which you can easily get it from online tutorials as getting a degree in computer science doesn't make you a good coder but your hard work do. Well, talking about the placement of MCE branch, almost all the coding and software development companies allow MCE students to sit for the process besides they have the option to sit for all other non-tech companies. Don't know about the highest package but the average package in MCE is about 5-6 LPA. I hope this helps you.
