    LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university has tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students.     LPU is best known for its unbeatable placements along with quality education, with its alumni working at top-notch companies like google, amazon, etc. For more information, you may refer to the website. The highest packages for mechanical engineering has been 12-15 lacs per annum so for and average ranges within 2-4 lacs per annum.

    The engineering stream at LPU itself has received an overall good rating from students and alumni. The School of Mechanical Engineering offers well engineered seamless courses for students at many different levels such as undergraduate, diploma/certificate, post-graduate and research based Ph.D. level courses, not only for Mechanical Engineering, but also for Automobile, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics as well.

    As an alumni it might seem that I am supporting LPU but this is the reality which I have experienced in lpu during my graduation and post-graduation. LPU gives me an extra edge. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students.

    The placements of mechanical engineers at LPU is outstanding. The way the university is educating the students is applaudable.
    Students of LPU organized the International Go-kart Championship which is a student-initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA.     LPU is one of the best private university in which students get quality education as well as the placements too. Whereas, the average and highest package for Mechanical is INR. 4 LPA and INR. 7 LPA.
