    Dear Aditi, The placements of B.Tech in mechanical engineering at LPU are very well and commendable. The maximum package offered for mechanical engineering at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is INR 4.8 LPA. Top companies visited for placements: Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc. I would say LPU is better for mechanical engineering based on the following point.
