    NITs are among the most sought after institutes for students as well as companies looking to hire. NIT Warangal in particular is very well renowned, and is regularly featured in the top 3 NITs in the country. Following are some details about placements at NIT Warangal :
    The placements are very good for the last two years, the annual salary of Rs 24 Lacs was offered by Code Nation in 2015 and Annual Salary of Rs 18 Lacs offered by Amazon in 2016 Annual Salary of Rs 15 Lacs plus benefits offered by Flipkart in the same year, ample of reputed companies have visited this time also like:

    National Institute of Technology-Warangal is one of the best government colleges of India.
    It ranks 9 in the list of top engineering colleges of India.
    It also provide the most important skill that is hands on experience or the practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge on the machines like cars, etc. They also take part in the competition related to mechanical engineering.

    The placements in NIT, Warangal are quite good and more quality oriented when it comes to other NITs of its range.
    The pattern of the exam and the cultural curriculum is not so vibrant their as compared to NIT, Surathkal which is the most dynamic NITs but the labs and the practical application taught in Warangal is well arranged and updated to the latest industrial needs .
    From the knowledge prospective, students are exposed to various workshops and seminars to build themselves which is reflected in their placements statistics which is as follows:

    Mechanical Engineering Placements:
    The placements were really good this year and the last year. As we know, no one hires some guy for a high salary in the core branch but many got the best packages in other fields like software and management. To be noted, many best companies have visited this time like Google, Samsung, Amazon, Flipkart, Windows, Visa, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and many other reputed companies. As far as the core branch is concerned L&T, ITC, Caterpillar and Ford Motors are some of the super good companies.

    NITs are the premier institutes for engineering after the IITs. NIT-Warangal is one of the top NITs and is known across India. According to the National Institute Ranking Framework, NIT-Warangal ranks 34th among the engineering colleges in India.
    For Mechanical Engineering, last time (2016-17) out of 85 students who applied to placements from the Mechanical department, 75 students were placed meaning 88.23 percent placement for Mechanical which is quite an impressive number.
    For Mechanical, the minimum salary offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary was 6.5 LPA and the maximum salary was 15 LPA. All these figures suggest pretty good place
