How are the placements of B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SIES Graduate School of Technology?

SIES Graduate School of Technology is an engineering college, an integral part of SIES, and was started in the year 2002. It is one of the Institutes in Navi Mumbai imparting engineering technical education. SIES GST offers a number of courses like Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Printing & Packaging Technology and Mechanical Engineering. The overall placements of SIES GST in the year 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 was around 85%, 89%, 88% and 70% respectively. The overall average was around 3 lakhs. Some of the companies which visit SIES Graduate School of Technology: 1) Tata Consultancy Services 2) Tech Mahindra 3) Larson and Turbo 4) Jacobs 5) JSW Steel 6) Saint Gobin The placements in SIES for Mechanical Engineering is at par with respect to other specializations is a bit behind as it is a relatively new course opened in 2011. The Mechanical placements are around 55 -65% and they are also recruited by some of the IT Companies too.
