The placements in VJTI for the Mechanical branch is good. My batch was 100% placed before the last semester itself. Many renowned companies visit the campus and offer good pay packages. The placement cell of the college is very active. Highest package for mechanical reaches up to 24 lac per annum and the average package that the students are offered is 9 lac per annum. The students are placed in the organizations such as Larson & Turbo, Siemens, Tata group, Mahindra and a lot more.
Overall, it is a college to study and even get a job before passing out from the college.

They are the best. Core branches get no issue. Placed with 90 to 100 percent. All big players come to the campus Mahendra, Bajaj, Bosch, ThyssenKrupp, and the list goes on. If you have studied your core subjects properly and you are clear conceptually getting placed is a child's play. You can expect a decent package as a fresher from minimum Rs 3.5 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs.
