The placements for mining engineering take place in well-reputed companies. This institute has a good reputation. The academic curriculum and training of the undergraduates are very well planned which take them to an upper industry level. The mining tasks are too different from what we called the technical industry. It constitutes most of the field work related to the raw and crude material. When it comes to placements, it sometimes fails to touch the remarkable high salary placement package, still, sometimes inclusive of the extra privileges such as accommodation and so on. Let's come to placement stats. The average placement percentage for mining is around 6 to 8 LPA. When it comes to the highest salary package, it touches a figure of 20 LPA where some people get a decent salary of 15 LPA in starting. Though the work life of a mining engineer is tough and the branch is not very famous, still, it finds the dedicated minds as the mining engineers who lead a wealthy but hard field life.
