    Talking about the institution, it is no doubt remarkable, when it comes to overall performance in academics and co-curricular. The academic is well arranged and accepted in may deemed and prestigious universities and colleges of world.
    Although, the textile engineering is a relatively new and leas opted branch.
    In India, there is no wide scope and even requirement for textile engineers and the same is reflected in the placement session.
    The average placements are around 5 lakhs and the highest being upto 10 lakh which is though not affordable in the IITs.

    Indian Institute of Technology located in Delhi is one of the best government colleges of India. IIT ranks in top 3 in the list of top colleges of India.
    Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi offers many courses out of which textile engineering is one of the courses which offer about 105 seats to students.
    There is no scope of textile engineering in India because there are no multinational companies related to the textile industries.
    IIT-Delhi is known for its great infrastructure faculty with 5 to 10 years of experience and they are very knowledgeable and facilities like Wi-Fi, Sports Complex and labs with better equipment and machines.

    Textile engineering is a good branch of engineering with good scope of placement.
    Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Delhi is among top IITs. The placement ratio of IIT, Delhi is good.
    The placement percentage is around 90. The average package is around 6 to 8 LPA. Textile engineering has very limited seats all over the India, so the quality engineers get good amount of packages in this branch. Many multinational companies like Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Snapchat, etc. visits IIT-Delhi and offers very good amount of packages to the students.     Textile engineering contains the principles, law and scientific techniques which are utilized for development and manufacturing the textile fabrics and all type of yarns. It also involves the study of principles of science that deals with the analysis of polymers involves in the formation of textile fiber.
    IIT Delhi is among top colleges of India, every branch of there is of top notch with good placements stats.

    For placement in textile engineering from IITD, it is also upto mark but the students are placed mainly on day 2 to day 15 of the placement weeks not on day 1.
    For higher education, the polymer industry is growing and university of Akron regularly sponsor the students of IITD. Pursuing higher education in an unrelated filed is an area of challenge but most of those who pursue their interest are able to complete the challenge after working as a research assistant for some time.

    You should consider joining IIT-Delhi for textile engineering branch only if you are really interested and passionate about this because the number of four companies that are there all over India are all present at remote locations and for securing a job there you need to have in in-depth knowledge of textile and its management. It is a five-step procedure including procurement processing and many others.
    Some companies that visit IIT-Delhi for recruiting students regardless of any branch are:
    1) Consultancies: Mck, BCG, Bain, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, etc. (except E&Y)

    IITs are the premier engineering institutes. IIT Delhi is one of the old IITs and many lakhs of students try to get admission here every year. According to the National Institution Ranking Framework, IIT Delhi ranks 4th among all engineering colleges in India which is a pretty good rank.
    Textile Engineering at IIT Delhi is pretty good.
    For Textile Engineering, for 2015 out of 59 students who applied to placements from Textile department, all the 49 students were placed meaning 83% placement for Textile which is quite an impressive number.

    According to the National Institution Ranking Framework, IIT Delhi ranks 4th among all engineering colleges in India and has seen great global rankings according to Nasscom.
    Textile Engineering at IIT-Delhi is really appreciated and worth the money.
    Also in 2016, out of 92 students who participated to placements 78 of the students were placed and hence 90 percent placement for this branch has been showcased in past 3years consecutively.

For the General AI quota, the IIT Madras CSE cutoff 2025 stood at 171 in the first round. Till the last round, the cutoff remained the same, indicating all seats got filled after the first round of the JEE Advanced cutoff. For IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, the CSE cutoff ranks were closed at 126 and 66, respectively, for the same category. So, considering the cutoff ranks, the IIT Madras cutoff for CSE was comparatively less competitive for admission among the Engineering aspirants as compared to that of IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay.
