How are the placements of BE in Aerospace Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering?

Hi there, RVCE is among top colleges of India, it ranks 1st in top private college of Bangalore. The placements of chemical engineering may not be that good as its other branches like CSE/ECE and IT, but is way too good than other colleges. RV College of Engineering is one of the best autonomous institutes of India and a much-preferred institution due to its prime location, excellent placement, government funding and old establishment. It has seen a nice placement scenario for past few years also with the struggling branches such as aerospace. Aerospace, now, in India has a wide scope in research when it comes to ISRO and other research organizations, still, it is unable to find the mass scope required as same as it shows and frames at the global level. The placement here for aerospace at RV College of Engineering is considered best be with an average of 6 LPA and highest reaching up to 13 LPA in the recent campus recruitment drive. The highest placement achiever was though not from campus drive but applied separately in Airbus, and got selected after a couple of screenings and interviews. Although, Airbus has a wide scope in countries such as France and Germany where every aerospace student dreams to work. Thank you. All the best.

RV College of Engineering is one of the best private colleges in India and rank 1 in one of the best college in Bangalore. It is affiliated by AICTE and accredited by NAAC. It is well known for its infrastructure, faculty and campus. Aerospace engineering is one of the courses offered by RV College of Engineering. Aerospace engineering in RV College of Engineering is known for its achievements and glories that have been earned in competitions and the research made by the students in the college. But due to the lack of infrastructure and scope of aerospace engineering in India there are less jobs and more competition for the jobs. There are only few companies which take aerospace engineer in the placement and they are DRDO, ISRO and HAL, etc. Due to the less jobs and more competition, the average package value given to the students also decreases. I recommend you to think twice before taking Aerospace engineering. Aerospace engineers are placed in non-core jobs. Therefore, most of the students in aerospace engineering go for the higher studies or for MBA.
