Anna University is one of the best colleges for engineering in India.
It is known for old and architectural infrastructure faculty with great experience and knowledge facilities provided by it like sports complex, Wi-Fi and labs are well equipped by the instruments and machines.

This question is totally dependent on the fact that what you want after 4 years of your undergraduate programme.
If the placement is what you want after completion of your undergraduate programme then you are at risk as the number of core companies attracted by the college for agriculture and irrigation engineering at Anna University is quite less which is seen by the total placement package being just 30%.
