How are the placements of BE in Biomedical Engineering from PSG College of Technology?

The college has a good placement record. 90%of the students are placed. All the IT companies Wipro, Accenture, CTS, etc. come every year of the campus. They provide a package around 2 to 3L per annum. Amazon, Flipkart, Dell offer around 6 to 8L per annum. The highest offer was 18L per annum by DE Shaw. Many companies will come to our college for biomedical colleges starting from 3 lakhs per annum to 24 lakhs per annum. Not only in IT companies, our students will also get a place in many core companies. Placements in PSG tech are very good, the campus is visited by variety of companies from MNC to local companies the college first brings the MNC companies like Goldman Sachs, Intel, Amazon, Microsoft, Ebay, etc. and the service based companies like Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, etc, and the local companies will be given a chance to recruit our students for those who wish to work in the home town. During our final year around 700 got placed in cognizant, 60 in IBM, 28 Wipro, 15 Intel, 10 Ebay, 8 Amazon. all these are approximate values.
