How are the placements of BE in Biotechnology from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering and Technology?

    The placement here is quite appreciating. Many big companies like Ford, Tata, Reliance, etc. , visit the college for placements. The highest package was from the Ford company with Rs 4.5 LPA. It provides the students with good internships. The highest stipend for internships was Rs. 5000. The college has a dedicated placement cell. Although, 70% students are placed on-campus while others have to go for pool campus rounds which is a drawback and getting lucrative offers becomes next to impossible with such drives.     Majorly, IT companies plus few pharmaceutical companies recruit biotechnology students with an average salary of Rs 4 LPA and the highest package of Rs 4.5 LPA.
