How are the placements of BE in Civil Engineering from Indira College of Engineering and Management?

In the field of civil engineering, Indira College of Engineering and Management has had a good placement record, although the only companies which recruit civil engineering students are from the information technology (IT) sector. There are a lot of companies which visit the campus, such as Tata Consultancy Services, IBM, L&T Infotech and other such companies. Like most engineering colleges, you need to maintain an overall aggregate of 60% and above in order to sit for placements. The college has a separate training and placement cell (T&P cell) for each department, and they prepare you for placements both, on and off the campus. You need not worry too much about getting a job, since getting past the eligibility criteria is what matters most. Hi there, Indira College of Engineering and Management was established in 2007 by Shree Chanakya Education Societies. It is affiliated to the University of Pune. The college is quite average so the placements of civil engineering is quite pathetic, but if you have a some good communication and programming skills you may get placed in some service based IT companies.
