How are the placements of BE in Computer Engineering from PCCOE, Pune?

Average Package is 3.5 lacs in KPIT, the highest Being 11 lacs and sometimes also 23.5 lacs in Companies such as Adobe, Musigma, Webonise, Yardy, etc. Best regards.

The placements at PCCOPE, Pune is fairly average for the year 2017 (computer science branch). Over 150 students got placed in mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro and Cognizant with an average placement package of 3.5 LPA. This shows the failure of the college to attract the computer science companies during the placement season. However, the highest placement package offered to the Computer Science students in the year 2017 rounded up to 32 LPA by a management company named ZF. The student intake was again just 1 and hence no change in the average package offered was seen, which still remained at 3.5 LPA. If placement is what you are joining the college for then be assured that the college is going to get you a job enough to support yourself even if you have just an ordinary profile. Although, the college has a strategical advantage of the location being Pune, hence a lot of corporate companies show up during the placement season. If you are left with no other good option, you can consider joining this college. Hope this helps. cheers.

Placement record of college is very good and has been improving fastly over years. The college has a very dynamic, efficient and supportive person as Training and Placement Officer. Major IT companies visit for CSE students like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Ericsson, Nokia, IBM, etc. select many students mainly for CSE category in CSE and ITdepartment. The average salary is Rs. 3.5 Lacs per annum. Alumni and student interaction programmes are also arranged each year. They also conduct off-campus drives. More than 30 mega off-campus drives every year (More than 1000 students in each drive). PCCOE is famous across Maharashtra for conducting Mega Pool Campus & off-campus recruitment drives. Some of the drives and no of offers are as follows: TCS (640), Cognizant (392), IBM (130), Accenture (219), L & T Infotech (220), Amdocs (70), Cap Gemini (75) for all CSE students. The highest package was of 20 lakhs offered by a Japanese firm in international yen currency, the overall dedicated team for training and faculty support is amazing.

PCCOE, a private institution located in corporate part of India. Speaking about the placements, they are not that much high and quality oriented talking as of a placement with a decent salary with a big brand. The average placements here are 3 to 4 LPA and remain the same for even CSE branch. Hence, companies lack behind in the placement session in attracting the corporates for placements. The above placement data is from the mass recruiters such as Wipro, TCS, etc. hiring hundreds of students at a time. Although, a student was offered a package of 32 LPA from a company named ZF. Moreover, if one wants to have an ordinary profile at the end of the year, then he or she must going to struggle as the college academics and placement cell are not much effective to help you out and get you an extra ordinary placement. So at the last, the college is average when it comes to degree and has a plus point of being in a corporate state.

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering is one of the best private colleges of Maharashtra as well as best college of Pune. It is a college which is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is a arising college which is known for its great faculty members some of the faculty members have completed PhD. It is also known for its great infrastructure and facilities providing to the students like Wi-Fi labs with better equipment and machines. It offers many courses are out of which computer science engineering is one of the courses which have about 180 seats to be offered by Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering to the students. It is also known for its increasing fame in placement department. Hello, PCCOE is one of the best colleges in Pune. It has extremely talented faculty members, some of them have already completed Ph.D. PCCOE has a very campus recruitment record. Prof. Shitalkumar Rawandale, this man changed the fortunes of our college. 2008 saw an exponential rise in the number of placements for our senior batch. As of today, 80-90% people get placed before the 4th year of engineering. The average package should be around 3-4 lakhs but the who's who of the industry come to PCCOE for recruitment. Almost 80% of companies coming to PCCOE offer CTC as 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA. Very few companies (knows as dream company) offer packages like 5 LPA to 7 LPA. The overall average salary can be expected to be 4 LPA.
