PICT, Pune Institute of Computer Technology comes under the list of good colleges in Pune. MIT and COEP lie above PICT. It is a very good institute for people who really want to study. The environment here is quite apt. You will get a team of good and supportive faculties. The infrastructure and facilities are really good. One gets everything required. Now let's start talking about the placements in BE in Computer Engineering in PICT. Like every college, a lot of companies visit the campus. But the average salary or package of the college is around Rs 3.5 to Rs 4.5 lakhs per annum. Around 75-80% of students get a job and are placed in some or the other companies. Some of the top placement companies are Citibank, Morgon Stanley, Accenture, etc. Last year the highest package was Rs 11.3 LPA by Citibank and Morgon Stanley, followed by NVIDIA Rs 9.5 LPA then Barclays Rs 7.5LPA and so on. Students of PICT find a little easy in finding jobs outside. This was all about the placement scenario in Pune Institute of Computer Technology. Pune Institute Of Computer Technology is a good college in the Pune. It comes in the top colleges in Pune after COEP and MIT like colleges. PICT has a good atmosphere for the students who really study hard and are going to be placed in companies. Students get all the good response from faculty members in this college, related academic activities and placement activities. The overall students here are sincere. Talking about placements, for computer engineering, it is quite good. A CSE graduate from this college will easily get job. There are many well-known and reputed companies that come to hire students from this PICT College. The overall placement is nearly 80% and which is good for the computer engineer Students got minimum package of 3.5 to 5 lacks per annum. And maximum of 10+ LPA. And good thing about this college is the training and placement cell which is very active, many activities organized by this college for the students to get placed in the company. Pune Institute of Computer Technology is an average college which happens to be just like any other college in terms of placement meaning that 50% of the total batch of computer science students get placed in recognise mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant while a few with the extraordinary profiles manage to get. Placed in core companies like the following given below: 36 lakhs per annum offered by Rakuten which was the highest placement package offered to the computer science batch of 2017. Other honorable mentions were: Rs. 13.40 Lacs per annum offered by Morgan Stanley Rs. 12.00 Lacs per annum offered by Avaya Rs. 9.35 Lacs per annum offered by Symantec Rs. 9.00 Lacs per annum offered by SAP With this, the average placement for computer science branch rounded up to 5 to 6 Lacs. If placement is what makes you choose this branch in this college then be assured that you will end up with a decent job to support yourself otherwise you can consider COEP-Pune which is somewhat better option then Pune Institute of Computer Technology. <p>Pune Institute of Computer Technology is a good institute in all terms after MIT and COEP. Talking about the college, PICT has a very good student culture and very strong alumni base. The overall crowd here is pretty sincere. PICT has standards that are similar to that of MIT and COEP. A CSE graduate from PICT will easily get a job. Now, talking about the placement stats, we get to know that the average salary for a CSE graduate of PICT is 3.5-4.5 LPA (TCS, Accenture, Inautix, Cybage and Atos). The highest package offered by some companies are: Maximum salary offered is 11.3 LPA by Citibank, Morgan Stanley, followed by NVIDIA (9.5 LPA) then Barclays (7.5 LPA). Placements are very good in PICT due to a huge alumni base who were placed in reputed companies and have worked very well there. Well, most of the major software companies recruit students from this college in large numbers. The highest package here is 12+ LPA. If you are taking admission in this institute then you do not have to be worried about the placements, you will definitely get placed. I hope this helps you.</p>
