The CMR Institute of Technology is a private engineering college located in Bengaluru, India. CMRIT is a technical and management institution affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University. Due to its location, the placements stats of CSE is pretty much satisfying.

They are decent and best. It has been improving consistently over the years. Usually, the CS and IS guys are the ones preferred by almost all the companies coming on campus. Naturally, the percentage of placement in these 2 branches is very high. Almost all the eligible candidates get placed by final year either on campus or through an off campus event. The ECE guys rank next in placements. They are not eligible to attend some companies on campus. There are hardly any core companies that come for placements.
