PES University is best known for its placements especially in the CS department. There is a huge number of IT companies visiting the campus throughout the year. PES has a track record of 100% placement in this department. These categories of placements divided are as follows:-
a) Tier 1: Above Rs 8 lakhs per annum
b) Tier 2: Rs 4 to Rs 8 lakhs per annum
c) Tier 3: below Rs 4 lakhs.
Majority of the placements take place in Tier 1 for the CS department. The highest package offered last year was Rs. 22 lakhs per annum. There are a good number of offers between Rs 12 to Rs 20 lakhs.
